Role Overview
We’re seeking a dependable, organized Tastings & Promotions Assistant to support the execution of tasting events, demos, and brand promotions across the market. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of planning, logistics, and live event support.
This position requires prior experience executing alcohol beverage promotions in-market and comfort working in live-event environments.
Event volume fluctuates throughout the year, so flexibility, adaptability, and accountability are essential. You’ll work closely with the Tastings & Promotions Manager and serve as a key operational support during high-volume periods, weekends, and large-scale events.
What You’ll Do
Working under the direction of the Tastings & Promotions Manager, you will support event execution and operational needs, including:
- Assist with preparation, delivery, and organization of kits, samples, and event materials
- Provide on-site support at tastings, demos, and promotional events as needed
- Conduct check-ins and act as an on-call resource for select events, including weekends
- Assist during larger-scale activations such as trade shows, casino events, golf outings, and charity events
- Support event setup, breakdown, and overall execution quality
- Help ensure events follow established brand standards and execution guidelines
Required Experience
- Previous experience executing alcohol beverage tastings, demos, or promotional events in-market (required)
- Familiarity with on-premise and off-premise account environments
- Comfort representing brands professionally in front of trade partners and consumers

Pay: $51,292.95 - $61,772.15 per year

Experience:
- Hospitality: 3 years (Preferred)
- Event marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
- Restaurant, Bar, or Package Store: 3 years (Required)
