Territory Coverage:New Jersey: Bergen, Passaic, and Sussex CountiesNew York: Rockland, Westchester, Orange, and Dutchess Counties
The Opportunity
We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth by developing strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our client network.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, being active in the community, and creating long-term partnerships. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted representative of our brand, connecting with property managers, insurance professionals, real estate partners, commercial businesses, and community organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow business within assigned territories
- Identify, prospect, and build relationships with new referral partners and potential clients
- Establish and maintain relationships with insurance agents, property managers, real estate professionals, commercial accounts, and local business partners
- Represent the company through networking events, community engagement, meetings, and industry opportunities
- Educate clients and partners on our restoration services and customized solutions
- Maintain consistent communication with existing accounts to strengthen partnerships and identify additional opportunities
- Manage sales activity, client information, and follow-up using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through completion
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities within assigned territories
- Deliver an exceptional level of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, outside sales, relationship management, or account growth
- Strong ability to build trust, create connections, and develop long-term partnerships
- Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, real estate, property management, or related industries preferred but not required
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a territory independently
- Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing a business
- Ability to network effectively and represent the company with professionalism
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage relationships and sales activity preferred

Schedule & Location
Full-Time PositionMonday–Friday schedule with occasional evenings/weekends based on business needs
Office Location: Rockland County, NYField Territory: New York & Northern New Jersey
