Floss Dental of Dallas is looking for an experienced, patient-focused Hygienist to join our growing team. What you'll do:
- Deliver thorough, comfortable hygiene visits with strong chairside technique
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and personalized preventive care
- Perform oral cancer screenings and take diagnostic X-rays
- Build genuine rapport with patients to improve comfort, trust, and treatment acceptance
- Collaborate closely with our dental team to ensure seamless, high-quality care
What we're looking for:
- Active RDH license in good standing (Texas)
- 2+ years of clinical hygiene experience
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, confident chairside presence
- A team player who takes initiative and cares about patient outcomes, not just productivity numbers
