Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and service of meals and snacks to residents in accordance with our dietary standards and regulations
Monitor and maintain a clean and safe food service area, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas
Assist in the retrieval, storage, and distribution of food, supplies, and equipment
Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, inventory, and waste management
Collaborate with dietary staff to ensure efficient and effective meal service
Participate in menu planning, ordering, and inventory management
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
