The II/RPS Technology organization is seeking a skilled Senior-level Business Analyst. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze, interpret, and leverage data to improve business processes and drive strategic business decisions. To succeed in the role, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in data and business analysis, and be intellectually curious.
- Define and translate business needs for new and enhanced products, services or optimized business processes.

Participate in all phases of project lifecycle to ensure business requirements including detailed data requirements are understood, documented and met.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, architecture, applications, platforms, and services.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- 2 years of experience with gathering, documenting, and analyzing system specifications and requirements, testing concepts, SDLC Processes (Agile Scrum, Waterfall), and Visio.

2 years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Autosys, SQL DB Visualizer, Cloud Snowflake, S3; and database concepts for DB2 and Oracle, as well as solution delivery experience migrating on premise legacy systems to a cloud design.

2 years of experience with formulating and implementing test strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
