Hard Cidery Warehousing Order Picker & Packer

We're looking for an organized, hands-on teammate to join our production and logistics crew in Newburgh, NY. You'll spend most of your time keeping our Logistics & Warehouse humming: picking and packing distributor orders, loading trucks, and keeping inventory in order. When Logistics is light or when Packaging needs an extra set of hands, you will help out kegging or packaging our hard cider! If you like variety, staying busy, and being the person who makes sure things get where they're going, this is your role.

Compensation: $21.00/hour
What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, and prepare pallet orders for distributors across the country
- Assist the Operations & Logistics Manager with loading and unloading trucks
- Help maintain tracking systems for finished goods and packaging inventory
- Keep the Logistics Zone organized, clean, and running efficiently
- Operate a forklift safely for loading, unloading, and warehouse moves
- Fill in on packaging our cider, kegging ,packaging, and canning.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and loop in tech support when needed
- Follow “Just in Time” ordering practices to help minimize excess inventory
- Jump between logistics and packaging tasks based on what the day needs
What We're Looking For
- A valid driver's license and forklift certification (or ability to get certified immediately upon hire, must be comfortable operating a Forklift and Deep Reach)
- Comfortable working with mechanical and industrial equipment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet in a fast-paced production space
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company environment
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in alcoholic beverage operations
- Familiarity with inventory or order-tracking systems
- A love for craft beverages and the outdoors
