Do you love fashion, helping people feel confident, and working in a fun environment where no two days are the same? Style Exchange Boutique is looking for a friendly, dependable Part-Time Store Associate to join our team!
Style Exchange Boutique is a locally owned consignment boutique specializing in women’s fashion, designer brands, accessories, and special occasion wear, including prom gowns, homecoming dresses, cocktail dresses, and more. We take pride in creating a personalized shopping experience and helping every customer find pieces they love.
This is a flexible part-time opportunity with approximately 6–12 hours per week to start, with the possibility of additional hours based on store needs, availability, and seasonal demand. Weekend availability is important, especially during our busiest seasons, including prom and homecoming.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming and personalized shopping experience for customers.
- Assist customers with styling suggestions and help them find pieces they love, including helping special occasion shoppers find the perfect dress.
- Assist customers throughout the fitting room experience by keeping areas clean, organized, and ready for each guest.
- Help maintain the boutique’s overall appearance by organizing merchandise, refreshing displays, adjusting mannequins, and ensuring the store looks beautiful and inviting.
- Assist with incoming merchandise by organizing inventory and helping prepare new arrivals for the sales floor.
- Photograph new arrivals and assist with light website and social media updates, such as occasional posts or stories on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
- Help with other day-to-day boutique tasks as needed to keep the store running smoothly.

- Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Available to work weekends, especially during busy seasons.
Reliability and dependability are extremely important for this position. We are looking for someone who can commit to scheduled shifts, communicate clearly, and be counted on as part of our team.
Retail or boutique experience is a plus, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic are just as important.
