Position : Senior Consultant, Healthcare and Life Sciences

Job Description :
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred
· 10+ years proven track record of success in leading Pharma projects in Fortune 100 companies
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
· 5+ year in ML/AI/Advanced Analytics/Gen AI development and deployment of solutions in any industry
· Cloud engineering knowledge (AWS or Azure or GCP) to complement scaling of AI solutions in client ecosystems
· Strong commercial acumen, excellent storytelling abilities, map client challenges to Fractal's capabilities and link them to business outcomes, engage with VPs, Senior Directors
· Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
· Ability to think on your feet, comfortable with ambiguity, and effective in a cross-functional environment.
Pay: $170,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
