Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Use hand tools and power tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and scaffolding to apply paint and coatings
- Assist with residential and commercial painting projects, including interior walls, exteriors, stucco, masonry, and restoration work
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials; ensure safety protocols are followed on-site
- Collaborate with team members on construction estimating tasks when needed and contribute to project planning
