Machine Operator – St. Clair, MO Penmac Staffing is hiring a Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility in St. Clair, MO. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality products. Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
- Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Overtime available on Fridays as needed
Requirements for the Machine Operator
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic math and counting skills
- Previous machine or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, work orders, and inspection processes
- Must be willing and able to obtain a forklift license
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in high-temperature environments (up to 150°F near ovens)
Machine Operator Responsibilities
- Set up and operate molding line machinery
- Maintain strong attention to quality and production standards
- Assist with molding line breakdown and cleaning
- Follow daily production instructions and supervisor direction
- Learn mixing, blasting, and bonding processes
- Perform routine cleaning and maintain 5S housekeeping standards
- Complete daily tasks and additional duties as assigned
