Cheder Lubavitch of Arizona is seeking a thoughtful, experienced, and mission-driven General Studies Curriculum Director to join our team.

Provide leadership and support for the general studies team
Serve as the primary instructional support for teachers, helping foster a cohesive, collaborative, and trusting professional environment
Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure alignment with academic goals and benchmarks
Conduct classroom observations and provide clear, actionable feedback
Offer instructional coaching, including model lessons and practical teaching support
Analyze assessment data, including standardized assessments such as MAP, to help guide instruction and improve student outcomes
Communicate clearly and professionally with parents regarding curriculum and instructional approach
Confidently represent and support the school’s educational vision and general studies program
Experience in curriculum leadership, instructional coaching, or school administration
Strong understanding of curriculum development, implementation, and academic standards
Experience working with assessment data to inform instruction
Familiarity with standardized assessments such as MAP preferred
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to support teachers in a constructive, practical, and encouraging manner
Sensitivity to the culture, values, and expectations of a Jewish day school environment, with the ability to embrace and support those norms in a professional and respectful way
