Evergreen Bilingual Learning Center is a family-owned and operated bilingual, faith-based educational facility that serves children from six weeks to kindergarten age.
We are currently seeking Assistant and Floater Teachers to add to our North Arlington Campus.
Our ideal candidate is:

Positions available:
· Assistant teacher (full time, 40 hours per week)
· Floater teacher (part time, 30+ hours per week)
Schedules
· Part time: 30+ hours per week
· Full time: 40 hours per week
Pay Range: $13-$15 hourly, contingent upon experience and certifications.
Job Requirements: (per Texas HHS Child Care Licensing and Evergreen Standards)
· At least 18 years old with a high school diploma/GED
· Fully bilingual in English/Spanish (verbal and written)
· Able to pass a background check and fingerprinting
· Reliable transportation and flexibility to work 8-hour shift between 7 am – 6 pm
· Comfortable in a Christian, faith-based environment
· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
· Strong communication skills for daily parent updates via our app
· Preferred: Familiarity with Frog Street curriculum
· Preferred: Experience with Brightwheel
Job Responsibilities:
· Support and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
· Create and maintain a safe, loving, and organized classroom environment
· Maintain communication with parents through daily Brightwheel updates
· Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care and education
· Assist children with meals, rest time, and self-help skills
· Uphold Evergreen’s mission of bilingual, faith-based education
