Summary
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Operator/Laborer to join our masonry and concrete construction team. This position operates jobsite equipment, keeps masons supplied, maintains equipment, and helps keep jobsites safe, clean, and productive.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, skid steers, Lulls, and other jobsite equipment.
- Safely move and supply masonry materials.
- Mix and maintain an adequate supply of mortar.
- Set up, stock, clean, and maintain jobsites.
- Clean, grease, and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Assist masonry and concrete crews as needed.
- Assist with material handling, scaffolding, cleanup, concrete work, and other general labor.
- Follow all safety policies and communicate unsafe conditions to the Foreman.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Current forklift certification.
- Experience in Masonry preferred.
- Experience working on scaffolding preferred.
- Construction or equipment operating experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 75–100 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and perform physical work for extended periods.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Work Environment
Work is primarily outdoors at various construction sites and may involve dust, noise, hot/cold weather, rain, ground-level work, and elevated heights. Start times may vary, and occasional weekend work may be required. Employees must provide their own transportation to the jobsite.

Pay: $26.00 - $45.00 per hour
