Picture this: a customer’s extrusion line is down on a Saturday. You and a lead technician roll up in a company truck, tear down a faulty assembly, swap components, verify hydraulics and controls, and have the press back online. That’s impact. When you’re not in the field, you’re in our shop assembling builds and sharpening your skills. No prior experience required—just mechanical drive and a desire to learn.
