HVAC Technician requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a technician required
- Commercial and residential experience
- EPA certification required
- Commercial and residential experience required
- Experience in diagnosing, replacing, installing and repairing required
- Willing to work independently and with a team member required

HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform PM and Service work for customers to ensure their HVAC equipment is operational when you have completed the job
- Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, service calls, testing system performance, repairing mechanical and electrical issues, replacing components, and recommending repairs or system replacements
- Additional duties include presenting solutions to homeowners, educating customers, and communicating maintenance, repair, and equipment upgrade recommendations
- Prepare reports for maintained commercial HVAC equipment
- Work may involve air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, thermostats, zoning controls, indoor air quality equipment, and other HVAC systems
