Inner Peace Home Care Services is hiring dedicated, experienced In-Home Caregivers for daytime, evening, and over night (awake) shifts
HATLEY: 8a-4p changing to 6a-2p in Aug (Sun, M, F, Sat) , 2p-10p (Sun, M, F, Sat) 10p-6a (all days open)
TOMAHAWK: 8-11 every other weekend and fill in shifts during the week if needed
WAUSAU: rotating schedule 6am -2pm & 2pm-10pm and every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor medications and vital signs
- Prepare healthy meals and maintain a clean, safe home
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
- Offer mobility support and transportation
- Deliver memory care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s
- Communicate and collaborate with healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Physically able to lift, bend, and perform care-related tasks
- Certification in First Aid or related field preferred
- Familiarity with HIPAA and client confidentiality
- Experience in long-term care or nurse-assisted living is a plus

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time
Pay: $18.00–$20.00+ per hour (based on experience, certifications, and licensing)
Expected Hours: 20–40 per week
Location: Wausau, WI (must be able to commute)
Travel: 50% (Required)
