Job Description
We are looking for an experienced flooring installer to replace existing carpet with luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring in a residential living room.
Scope of Work
- Remove and dispose of approximately 506 sq. ft. of existing carpet
- Remove carpet tack strips and prepare/clean the existing subfloor
- Install approximately 506 sq. ft. of LVP flooring
- LVP material will be supplied
- Move standard furniture as necessary
- Complete all cuts, transitions, and finishing work
- Clean up and haul away installation debris upon completion
Project Details
- Living room dimensions: 22' × 23'
- Existing flooring: Carpet
- New flooring: LVP
- No known subfloor issues
- No baseboard replacement required
- Straightforward installation with no major structural repairs
Contractor Requirements
- Previous LVP/LVT installation experience required
- Must have your own standard flooring installation tools
- Reliable and able to complete the project within the scheduled timeframe
- Attention to detail and professional workmanship required
Pay: $1,300.00 per day
