Qualifications and preferred requirements:
- AMS/AMI Certification
- Montessori Experience (1 + years teaching preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree (Early Childhood Education or equivalent preferred)
- Prefer at least Associates Degree
- CPR/First Aid/MAT
- Great organizational skills
- Technology skills to input student lessons
- Energetic, dedicated, and able to become involved in all aspects of the program
- Strong love of nature and ability to teach class entirely outside is required
- Strong commitment to educate children and eagerness to learn
- Friendly, patient and warm demeanor
- Natural love for children
- Ability to communicate with parents in a positive and engaging manner

Duties Performed but not limited to:
- Looking for a job that includes laughter, singing, and hugs? Don't worry if you are new to teaching, we offer two weeks of training to all new members of our team, no matter what your experience is.
- We are hiring full-time and part-time MONTESSORI teachers. All teachers work with a partner teacher to care for and teach a group of children, working as a team. Together both teachers will implement lesson plans. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in your care. Lead a classroom with children eager to learn by utilizing a comprehensive and hands-on curriculum We seek teachers that are comfortable caring for ALL AGES, infants through Kindergarten.
