Do you enjoy talking with people, staying organized, and helping a team succeed? Unique Home Solutions is looking for an energetic Appointment Coordinator / Sales Support Specialist to help keep our sales pipeline running smoothly.
This is a fast-paced role where you'll communicate with homeowners, support our sales team, and coordinate with our field marketing department to ensure appointments are set, confirmed, and successful.
What You'll Do
- Call homeowners to schedule free in-home consultation appointments.
- Confirm upcoming appointments and reduce cancellations.
- Communicate daily with our sales representatives regarding schedules and customer needs.
- Coordinate with field marketers to ensure leads are entered and appointments are properly assigned.
- Update customer information accurately in our CRM.
- Provide outstanding customer service while representing our company professionally.
- Help maximize appointment volume and keep our sales team productive.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent phone communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience using CRM software is a plus.
- Previous call center, appointment setting, customer service, or sales support experience preferred—but we're willing to train the right person.
