The ideal candidate is someone who can maintain clear boundaries, take direction well, and engage with empathy while not taking things personally.
This role includes a significant amount of housekeeping, so comfort with and experience in maintaining a clean and organized home is essential. Compassion, patience, and a strong work ethic are key to succeeding in this position.

High School diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience as a caregiver or related life experience
Current CPR Certification
Negative TB Test (PPD) or chest X-ray within the last 12 months
