This is a tipped position. You will make base pay + tips. Great performers have the opportunity to make great money.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Create a great dining experience
- Anticipate the needs of guests and respond professionally to requests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Enter orders into the POS system
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the dining experience
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Clear the dining room efficiently and reset for the next guest
Qualifications:
- Eager and Ready to Work!
- Previous server experience preferred
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
