Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our hotel accomodations are spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are pristine
- Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly
- Manage janitorial tasks efficiently, including trash removal and restocking supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, such as scheduling or inventory checks
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods and operating cleaning equipment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with laundry processes and housekeeper management practices is preferred
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is advantageous; hotel experience is a plus
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently
