As a Water, Fire & Mold Cleaning Technician, you’ll respond to emergency property damage situations, lead restoration projects, and help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, mold, and other environmental damage. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking professionals who take pride in helping others during difficult times.
What You’ll Do
- Serve customers with compassion and professionalism during emergency situations
- Respond to water, fire, mold, and other property damage emergencies
- Lead restoration and mitigation projects from start to finish
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, tarping, board-up services, carpet cleaning/reinstallation, and general mitigation services
- Follow industry standards and safety procedures on every job site
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members throughout the restoration process
- Create daily assignments and help coach and support onsite technicians
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean working order
- Load/unload equipment and dispose of debris in assigned areas
- Participate in the on-call rotation as needed
- Assist other team members and contribute to a positive team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of restoration and mitigation experience
- Previous lead technician experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in fast-paced emergency situations
- Comfortable using modern technology for communication and documentation
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs regularly
- Comfortable driving trucks and trailers when needed
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
