As an Assistant Manager at Brick 3 Pizza, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy a top-notch dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating team members during shifts to maintain smooth operations.
- Providing outstanding customer service to every guest.
- Assisting with daily operations, including opening and closing duties.
- Supporting the management team in creating a welcoming and efficient work environment.
We’re searching for someone who brings a mix of leadership, dependability, and enthusiasm to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience, preferably in a restaurant setting (but not required).
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends and closing shifts (until approximately 12:30 AM).
- Skills: Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Personality: Dependable, hardworking, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Pay: $12–$15/hour (based on experience) + tips.
