Create, format, and edit a wide variety of legal documents including, pleadings and discovery. This includes proofreading and redlining work for accuracy.
E-file in state, federal and appellate courts, utilizing knowledge of local rules and procedures for filing and calendaring.
Schedule and support depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings and others. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to efficiently manage case files, calendars, and travel.
