Required Chiller Experience:
Proven experience working on centrifugal chillers, not just air-cooled or packaged chillers.
- Specific experience with manufacturers such as:
◦Trane CenTraVac (CVHE, CVHF, CVHG, CVHL)
◦Carrier 19XR / 19XRV ◦York YK / YT
◦Daikin centrifugal systems
Experience with large tonnage equipment (preferably 500+ tons).
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Chiller Technician to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial and industrial chillers (centrifugal, screw, and scroll) and other HVAC equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain water-cooled and air-cooled chillers.
- Perform preventive maintenance and service on commercial HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot control systems, compressors, and refrigerant circuits.
- Record all service activities accurately in service reports.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, project managers, and customers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience (chiller systems required).
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Strong understanding of HVAC electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficient with control systems (Trane, Carrier, York, Daikin, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and respond to emergency calls as needed.
Preferred:
Experience with Trane, York, Carrier, or Daikin chillers.

Pay: $28.09 - $39.00 per hour
