ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design and own the services that power our AI platform, the backend, APIs, data layer, and integrations that everything else depends on. You'll work across the stack with our ML, product, and design teams to ship features that are fast, scalable, and maintainable.
JOB DUTIES
- Design and own end-to-end systems spanning backend services, APIs, data storage, and frontend integration.
- Build and evolve platform services that support our AI-powered products and workflows.
- Integrate with ML and LLM services, managing asynchronous data flows and ensuring responsiveness when processing large datasets or real-time streaming output.
- Contribute to long-term technical vision and architecture decisions.
- Balance short-term delivery with scalable, maintainable system design.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance and reliability.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- Programming: 5+ years of professional programming in TypeScript and Python.
- Architecture: 5+ years leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems.
- Experience designing and operating production backend services and APIs.
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
