Switchbacks FC is seeking a creative and technically-minded LEP Production Coordinator to bring our matches and events at Weidner Field to life. This role will prepare and execute game-day content across the stadium’s Daktronics video board, Tripleplay digital signage network, and other in-venue displays, while supporting matchday production and event operations.
This is a hands-on role within a small team, so the ideal candidate is creative, organized, comfortable learning new technology, and willing to wear multiple hats.
Compensation
This role pays an annual salary of $58,000.

Responsibilities

Prepare and organize game-day graphics, videos, sponsor content, promotions, and other in-venue assets

Operate Daktronics and other in-venue display systems during matches and events.

Manage and schedule content across the Tripleplay digital signage network

Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Communications, and Events to develop and execute game presentation content, promotions, and activations for matches and Weidner Field events.

Support matchday production and coordinate with internal staff, IT, and broadcast partners as needed.

Help with content creation and game presentation for non-match events, including watch parties, concerts, and community events.

Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with vendors when needed

Maintain organized creative files, templates, and game-day assets.
Qualifications

Experience in graphic design, video production, game presentation, live events, or a related field

Experience with Daktronics, Tripleplay, or similar display systems

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud; video or motion graphics experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and ability to execute accurately under tight deadlines

Comfort learning new technology and troubleshooting basic technical issues

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event days as needed
