Job Summary
McLaughlin’s Elite Renovations is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter/Remodeling Crew Leader to oversee residential remodeling projects from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, can lead a crew independently, and is committed to delivering exceptional results.
The ideal candidate is dependable, trustworthy, self-motivated, and capable of managing full remodel projects with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who goes above and beyond to ensure every project is completed correctly, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Duties & Responsibilities
-Lead and supervise a remodeling crew on residential renovation projects.
-Complete kitchen and bathroom remodels from demolition through final punch list.
-Perform framing, trim work, finish carpentry, and general carpentry.
-Install flooring, including LVP, laminate, hardwood, and tile.
-Install cabinets, vanities, doors, windows, and interior trim.
-Perform drywall installation, repairs, mudding, sanding, and texture matching.
-Complete interior and exterior painting with attention to detail.
-Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
-Communicate professionally with homeowners and management.
-Identify and solve job site challenges independently.
Qualifications & Skills
-Minimum of 5 years of residential remodeling experience preferred.
-Strong knowledge of carpentry, painting, flooring, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, and general home renovations.
-Ability to work independently and lead a crew with minimal supervision.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent leadership and communication skills.
-Dependable, honest, and punctual.
-Ability to read a tape measure and use power and hand tools proficiently.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
