Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming | Fremont (Pacific Commons) & San Ramon | Full-Time
We're a busy, high-volume salon with immediate openings for experienced groomers at both locations. Our books are full, our clients are loyal, and we need skilled professionals ready to work.
THE PAY PACKAGE
- $23/hr guaranteed base — your floor, every shift
- 25% revenue share above your weekly target
- Tips paid directly to you (~$15/service avg)
- Total opportunity: $1,400–$2,500/week
We share the full earnings model before your first interview. No surprises.
WHAT WE EXPECT

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experienced groomer — all breeds and sizes
- Comfortable at a 5–7 groom/day pace
