Your Role
As an Engine Disassembler, you’ll play a vital role in our production and recycling operations—helping prepare vehicles for processing and ensuring parts are safely and efficiently dismantled for reuse and resale. You’ll work hands-on with tools and equipment in a team-focused, safety-first environment.
What You’ll Do as an Engine Disassembler

Promote a “Safety First” culture and follow all environmental, health, and safety standards

Disassemble and prepare engines, vehicle components, and fluids for recycling and resale

Operate tools and equipment such as air compressors, hydraulic shears, and CFC recovery units
-
Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment and tools daily; report any needed repairs to supervisors
-
Support vehicle preparation by removing fluids, electrical components, catalytic converters, and other parts per SOPs
-
Maintain accurate reporting of parts and inventory levels
-
Ensure all vehicles are properly secured during transport, processing, or dismantling
-
Keep your work area organized and clean

Follow the company dress code and always wear required PPE

Assist teammates and contribute to team goals

Work standard production hours (Monday–Friday), with some weekends or holidays as needed
What You Bring as an Engine Disassembler

Commitment to safety and teamwork
-
General automotive mechanical knowledge
-
Experience with hand tools and power tools
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor industrial environment
-
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-
Basic computer and mobile device skills
-
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
-
Reliable transportation
-
Experience operating excavators a MUST!
Preferred:
-
Experience maintaining or troubleshooting heavy equipment (loaders, hydraulics, forklifts, etc.)

Basic auto parts knowledge
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
