American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant with home health experience and a VA PTA license for a 13-week Home Health assignment covering Newport News and Yorktown, VA.

Home health setting covering the Newport News and Yorktown, VA areas

Caseload of 5 patients per day (30 points per week)
-
Day shift schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5x8-hour days)

No call requirements and no weekend shifts
-
Office is closed for major holidays
-
Expected daily driving of approximately 45–60 miles; mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate

No requirement to report to a home base before or after shifts

13- or 26-week contract available

Active Virginia PTA license required; candidates licensed in a compact state (AR, AZ, CO, GA, IA, IN, KY, LA, MD, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, OK, OR, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV) are eligible for the VA compact license
