Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to company standards
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash/card transactions
- Restock supplies and help with opening and closing duties
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous barista, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Flexible availability, including mornings and weekends
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: From $16.94 per hour
