Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate reliability, and possess a strong work ethic. Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but we are willing to provide training for motivated individuals. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Dispose of trash and recycling properly in designated containers
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow all safety protocols and health guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times during interactions with clients and staff
Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate-not required to have experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation is preferred for timely arrival at various job sites. Valid drivers license
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and adhere to safety procedures
- Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
