The Brewery X Taproom Shift Lead role is a full-time hourly position. We expect that the team member will set a superior standard for quality, consistency, work ethic, and company culture.
Responsibilities

- Follows all Brewery X safety regulations and processes.
- Assuming a lead role for guest relations and supervising taproom staff
- Leading by example to ensure all quality, safety and protocols are followed
- Assistance with managing in-house events
- Secure tills and performing accurate money calculations
- Setting subsequent shifts up for success
- Receiving and handling customer complaints and offering resolution
- Assessing and diffusing conflicts
- Possess a working knowledge of Brewery X products
- Represent Brewery X positively.
Requirements

- Minimum 1-year bar experience
- Aptitude for guiding conversations towards solutions (calm demeanor)
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) highly desired
- Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
- Communication skills: Specifically in a team environment; ability to direct employees without conflict
- Must be flexible when it comes to working overtime for business demands. Overtime may require weekends when needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to adapt to abrupt changes during service
- Ability to maintain confidentiality as required
- Strong work ethic
- Positive attitude, ability to create a positive environment
- Ability to lift 35lbs+.
- Reliable transportation to work.
