Job Description
We're looking for an experienced baker and a real team leader. Someone who notices how the entire production space runs and is a natural at leading the charge to shape it: systems, organization, cleanliness, and the way the team holds each other accountable. What that looks like in practice is something we'd build together.
Duties and Responsibilities
Take ownership of how the BOH runs day to day, including the team's accountability and follow-through.
Train, cross-train, and develop the BOH team.
Manage inventory, ordering, and prep lists
Prep, shape, bake, and assemble ready-to-eat and grocery items daily.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization

Be the point person for BOH communication across the team.
Job Requirements
Professional baking experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Clear, concise, timely, and kind communication.
Experience working with commercial baking equipment
Able to lift 50 pounds.
Weekend availability. Comfortable with shifts starting as early as 5am.
Starting wages $30/HR. Reassessment after 90 days with room to grow.
