Overview
Jacinta is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service while enjoying their meals.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the OpenTable system or similar platforms.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Ensure all tables are properly sanitized and set before guest arrival.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering to proper food service etiquette.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and guest services.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation practices in the food industry.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in food service or as a Server is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

- Minimum 2 years of serving experience (high-volume experience preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (Spanish is a plus)

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork mindset and attention to detail
Availability Requirements:
- Flexible schedule required
