We're hiring a full-time W-2 Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide K–12 school-based services for the 2026–2027 school year. Position Details
- Caseload: K-12
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, Roughly 7:30 - 3:30
- Hours: 37.5 hours/week
- Dates: August 2026 – May 2027, with potential to renew
- Location: Onsite in Florida (hybrid may be possible for the right candidate)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and service logs
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning
Qualifications
- Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- ASHA CCC preferred (CFs welcome—supervision available)
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong collaboration and organization skills
