- Summary: Under the direction of the Sr. Director of Children’s Services or designee, This position provides services to children ages 0-3 with developmental needs and their families in-home and/or community settings throughout Union County. This role requires a compassionate professional who is dedicated to making a significant impact on a child’s ability to learn new skills and help overcome challenges to increase success in school and life. This role requires a patient skilled professional who encourages and inspires our clients to work toward greater independence while meeting their developmental milestones. Early Intervention is a family-training model.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience Speech Therapy to patients or clients at home or in a facility and who has the following qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy.
- Must have personal vehicle to travel between client’s homes and schools Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage clients with different types of personalities and ability levels. Creative.

Working Conditions:
Working in home settings - will require travel to various types of homes. ADA Requirements: Lifting a minimum of 30 pounds; Sitting 30%; Standing 60%; Walking and Bending.
