WHO WE ARE
Miracle Mile Law Group is a plaintiff's-side employment litigation firm based in West Hollywood. We represent employees — people who have been harassed, discriminated or retaliated against, or wrongfully terminated— and we fight hard to get them results. Since opening our doors in 2019, we've grown rapidly and efficiently every year. That growth is a product of the quality of our work and the strength of our team. We're expanding again, and we're looking for a paralegal who wants to be part of something that's continuing to grow and doing meaningful work.
THE ROLE
This is a full-cycle litigation paralegal position. You'll be working directly with our attorneys on employment cases from intake through trial, including discovery, motion practice, and courtroom preparation. If you've been looking for a role where you're genuinely contributing to the outcome of cases rather than just processing paperwork, this is it.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Propounding and responding to written discovery, including drafting interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission
- Drafting demand letters, complaints, and motions under attorney supervision
- Managing case calendars, court deadlines, and docket entries with precision
- Preparing documents for filing in state and federal court, including e-filing through CM/ECF
- Coordinating depositions, court reservations, subpoenas, and notices
- Communicating professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
- Supporting fact investigation, document review, and records requests
- Assisting with pre-trial preparation, exhibit organization, and trial logistics
- Maintaining internal case management databases and deadline tracking systems
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 5 years of civil litigation paralegal experience, preferably in plaintiff's employment law
- Hands-on experience with written discovery — propounding and responding
- Proficiency with CM/ECF and California and federal court filing procedures
- Working knowledge of California Civil Procedure, Federal Rules, and local court rules
- Strong written and oral communication skills — you'll be interfacing with clients and counsel regularly
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple matters simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe; familiarity with Clio is a plus.
- Trial preparation experience strongly preferred
WHAT MAKES SOMEONE THRIVE HERE
You take ownership. You don't wait to be told what needs to happen next on a case — you see it and you handle it. You care about the outcome for clients, not just the task in front of you. You're comfortable in a fast-moving environment and you want to be part of a firm that's growing, not one that's coasting.
