Looking for technician who is experienced in specifically commercial maintenance.
Experience in the commercial trades (i.e. plumbing, electrical, masonry, tile, concrete, HVAC) is a big plus and the pay would be reflected.
Valid drivers license is a must, must have vehicle to get back and forth in morning and afternoon.
We start at 5am Monday through Friday, some weekends but rare.
This position requires a lot of driving, so must be comfortable with driving or riding. There are designated meet locations in the morning that you will have to meet your coworker. After that, we provide the work vehicles.
We work an average of 50 hrs a week. That includes from the start time of 5am to the time to get home.
Pay starts at 55k a year 100k+ based on experience and dedication
