Job Responsibilities:

Accurately process patient room-service meal orders and keep call queues running smoothly.

Verify diet orders in the CBORD system and communicate any questions with patients, nursing staff, or dietitians.

Coordinate meal-related concerns with kitchen staff and ensure reports—such as enteral feeding lists and floor census—are completed and delivered on time.

Provide friendly, compassionate service to patients and families over the phone and in person.

Maintain clear, professional communication with supervisors, management, and other departments.

Proactively address concerns and assist in creating a positive meal-service experience.
Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
1–2 years of food and nutrition services experience
-
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a patient-centered attitude

Bilingual Spanish preferred
