Job Overview
Dae Gee Korean BBQ is hiring energetic and outgoing servers to deliver a fun, interactive dining experience. This is not a typical serving role—guests cook food at the table, and you’ll guide them through the experience while keeping service fast, clean, and engaging.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide a high-energy, welcoming experience
- Explain menu items and all-you-can-eat options clearly
- Guide guests on how to cook meats and use the grill
- Take accurate orders and enter into POS system
- Monitor tables for refills, grill changes, and guest needs
- Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas
- Work as a team to ensure fast and efficient service
- Upsell menu items and enhance the guest experience
Qualifications
- Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Comfortable being hands-on and interacting frequently with guests
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
