Laurel Parc, a beautiful senior living community just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area seeks a Sales Counselor to join the Marketing team! This position will be responsible for helping to maintain budgeted occupancy by implementing an effective leasing program.
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay: $27.25 - $27.75 + Generous Commission Structure
Receives and effectively processes inquiry calls for potential residents. Promptly schedules follow-up appointments and/or calls for potential residents to further process.
Develops strong relationships with active and current resident lead base that will eventually lead to leasing apartments and potential residents moving into the community.
Assists in completing semi-annual marketing analyses and implementing community marketing events.
Maintains adequate inquiry to move in conversion ratios to ensure community sustains budgeted occupancy.
Facilitates a smooth move in process for all new residents. Ensures new residents are moved in timely and necessary paperwork is turned into business office.
Language Requirement
All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
