Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mechanical Application Installer to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and testing mechanical applications across various projects. Vehicle Mechanical skills a must, 12 volt wiring beneficial. On time , positive attitude required, we will train the right candidate, This is a working shop, under vehicles and trailers. Also have to work outside in the elements.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
Virginia State Inspector's License, that would be a great plus to your employment.
Duties
- Install mechanical applications according to detailed specifications and technical drawings
- Conduct thorough testing and calibration of installed systems to ensure optimal performance
- Use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to measure electrical resistance and verify system integrity
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly, minimizing downtime
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to coordinate installation schedules
- Document installation processes, test results, and any modifications made during setup
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and best practices throughout all phases of installation
Experience
- Proven experience in mechanical application installation or related technical roles
- Familiarity with using ohmmeters and other electrical testing tools for troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, components, and assembly procedures
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and installation manuals with precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges
- Effective communication skills for collaborating within diverse teams and documenting work clearly
