Your base pay is competitive and determined on the amount of years you have been a licensed nurse.
HIRING! REGISTERED NURSES - LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES
Meadow Green Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, family owned, Skilled Nursing Facility, located in Waltham, Ma is seeking floating RN/LPN -
ONE 7am-3pm FT 40 hour nurse with a Every other weekend commitment.
ONE 3pm-11pm PT 32 hour nurse with a Every other weekend commitment.
These nurse positions are each 40 hours per week, and considered fulltime benefitted positions.
We have a weekend shifts open all shifts. Our shifts come with a generous shift differential.
Ask us about our 12,000 bonus for fulltime nurses! Paid out 1,000 per month for 12 months, after a successful 30 day orientation.
IMMEDIATE OPENINGS For FULL TIME nurses
Responsibilities for Registered Nurses and LPN's:
- Follow each person's Care Plan and monitor potential changes
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating team members, including calling MD to report
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice within your scope of practice and emotional support to patients and their family members
Qualifications for our RN's and LPN's
- Previous experience in the nursing home setting
- Familiarity with Point click Care- EMR
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
