What You'll Do:
- Directly supervise a team of 5 linen staff
- Oversee daily laundry and linen operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Manage inventory and maintain quality control standards
- Act as the liaison between facility management and company representatives
- Monitor attendance and staff performance, reporting to the facility manager
- Ensure COG items are logged and returned to correct units
- Uphold Westport Linen's standards of excellence
What We're Looking For:
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Background in hospital, hotel, or commercial laundry/housekeeping preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, reliable, and team-focused
- Basic computer skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
