As a Cellular Sales Associate, you'll become a go-to resource for customers interested in smartphones, mobile plans, device features, and current offers. You'll learn how to simplify product information, understand what different customers need from their service, and recommend options that make sense for how they stay connected every day.
Responsibilities of the Cellular Sales Associate
- Welcome customers during in-store promotions and learn what brings them into the conversation.
- Introduce current smartphones, wireless plans, device features, and promotional offers.
- Ask questions about mobile habits, current service, and preferences to understand what customers are looking for.
- Compare devices and service options while helping customers understand the differences that matter most.
- Collaborate with other Cellular Sales Associate team members to maintain organized promotional areas and support daily goals.
- Recommend wireless products and plans based on individual needs, priorities, and budgets.
- Answer questions about pricing, features, promotions, and available services so customers can make informed decisions.
- Help interested customers complete enrollment with accuracy and professionalism.
- Continue developing as a Cellular Sales Associate through product education, coaching, and hands-on wireless experience.
Qualifications of the Cellular Sales Associate

- Strong communication and listening skills.
