```Duties```
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
- Take dental x-rays
- Perform dental charting and documentation using Dentrix software
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Take and record patients' vital signs
- Assist with dental lab tasks such as pouring models and trimming trays
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and order new supplies as needed
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
- Current certification in CPR
- Proficiency in using Dentrix
- Experience with medical imaging, including digital radiography and intraoral cameras
- Knowledge of pediatric dentistry techniques and procedures
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology for dental restorations is a plus
- Ability to take accurate patient vital signs and record medical records
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide compassionate patient care
