Our People Are Our Strength in BVSD
Receive, process, deliver and track district purchased product and materials, including inventory stock items, FOSS science kits, musical instruments, and inter-office/US mail. Fulfill work order requests for transfers of furniture, computers, books and equipment, and processing of district surplus.

Process warehouse requisitions for delivery using mobile computers and Enterprise Software.

Verify, stage and receive delivered products via mobile computers and Enterprise Software.

Process, pick-up and deliver FOSS science kits with mobile computers and Enterprise Software.

Load, route and deliver school and department materials utilizing mobile computers and Enterprise Software.

Process inter-office and US mail.
-
Process cash/check deliveries between schools/departments and Accounting via mobile computers and Enterprise Software.

Issue maintenance material stock items with mobile computers and Enterprise Software.

Complete work orders for equipment distribution and relocation.

Maintain district surplus, including pick up, delivery and staging for the district’s reuse and recycle program.

Process warehouse inventory counts using mobile computers and Enterprise Software.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Required:

High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one year e- perience.

CDL License; required at entry

Forklift Operator Certification; must acquire within 6 months

Requires a valid Colorado driver’s license

Mobile Supply Chain Management-Handshields; must acquire within 2 months

Enterprise Software; must acquire within 2 months
